FPCYM Refund Policy

In an effort to conserve the expenses of Student Ministry we have made a few changes to our refund policy.

First Presbyterian Church New Refund Policy:

All trips where a deposit is used to secure a student's spot will require 50% of the cost of the trip and must be paid in full within 30 days of the trip to secure the student's spot.  Any cancellations made 45 days before the trip are 100% refundable. There will be no refunds for cancellations made 14 days before the trip. Any cancellations made within that period will receive a 50% refund.
